i loved highly convenient location, pleasant staff and newly remodelled room. generally everything was fabulous, however the bathroom was tired. the continental breakfast was complimentary, included: fruit, pancakes, eggs, hot waffles and bread.

An incredible base for exploring Merida. Breakfast was delicious, including fruit, pancakes, eggs, hot waffles and pastries. Staff were happy to help and VERY DEDICATED. Hotel was perfectly located and had a very stylish decor. The pool was very clean and the views were panoramic.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a decent place for staying in Merida. Management was the real gem of this venue. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant El Convento😃👌
